El Pescado

5’ 10” long x 22 1/4
wide x 2 5/8 thick &
6’ 7” long x 22 1/2 wide x 2 5/8 thick

Fishes work great in a variety of conditions, fast and flowy having the paddling power of a bigger board while surfing like a shortboard. The twin fin setup with a wide swallow tail surfs very down the line and somewhat stable. For a more progressive fish consider single or double wings enabling tighter turns and more top to bottom flow. Typical dimensions are 4-6 inches shorter than your thruster and with a small trailer fin plug. Check out the Kaimanu disco biscuit coming soon. You can also order this with an smaller and more progressive tail.

Hemp Pro

5' 5” - 6' 5" long x 20"wide
x 2 1/2" thick

The stardard thruster shortboard still remains the top choice for fast, progressive surfing. Radical surfers, tend to ride their boards with as little volume as possible without becoming too small. This allows the surfer to have quick response and control of the board in all situations. The shortboards are best for all conditions from double overhead down to double over ankle. Consider riding your thruster shorter and wider with a lower rocker for beach breaks and a little narrower with a bit more rocker for hollow waves.
Kaimanu Surf Trip

6’ 5" x 18 3/8" wide x 2 3/8" thick.

This is the board you want when the waves are “all-time”, unless you have “all-timers”, then this is the board you want for everyday spitting tubes. This board I ride: 6’5”x 18 3/8”x 2 3/8” or so and wouldn’t mind having 5 or 6 of these all with slightly different dimensions. “Did you see that one? It’s going off out there!!” Chad Jackson Shaper - Team Rider
